Leaders and Recruiters will review and reach out to the most qualified candidates.

Prepare for your phone, in-person or virtual interview. Bring your personality, know our mission and come with questions.
STEP 5
Interview! Candidates may have up to 2 interviews with Leadership.
STEP 6
Receive an offer and start onboarding. Welcome to the Life Time Family!

AFTER YOU APPLY
If your skills and background fit the position, someone within Life Time will contact you via email within 5-7 business days. Each candidate will have up to two interviews, virtually or in the club, with people from leadership. You will stay updated throughout the interview process and lean to your candidate profile for your updated application status. If you are selected for the position, you will receive a call congratulating you with an offer.
