Life Time Construction is the innovative and integrated in-house Construction Manager and General Contractor for Life Time, constructing new buildings and remodeling existing facilities to deliver luxury health and fitness destinations across the continental United States and Canada. Projects are mostly large-scale and complex varying in size, scope, and value; including athletic country clubs, co-working spaces, multi-family housing, hotels, and mixed-use developments.
We get exposure in constructability issues and find solutions during the build-out of the project to help with budget, design or schedule. Everyone is always willing to help, and everyone has the same goal. From working closely with the field team of my project to the corporate staff, everyone is very welcoming and has a great attitude towards change and their roles in the company.

I studied Construction Management during undergraduate school, and construction has always been an interest of mine due to its innovative nature. I love the people I work with on a day-to-day basis. It doesn’t feel like a ‘job’ here, and there is an overall presence of achievement here. Everyone shares a common goal and is willing to work together and help one another to make it happen.

What I love about working at Life Time is the ability for construction teams to work hand in hand with design, offering constructability input throughout the project. I value about the culture here is the autonomy given to individual project teams. Teams here are allowed to structure and manage their jobs as seen fit by the staff.
