PAID PARENTAL LEAVE
*We offer paid Parental Leave in two forms for new parents. Pregnancy Disability Leave provides our birthing parents 8 weeks time off with 100% income replacement. In addition to that, we offer 2 weeks of Parental Bonding Time Off.

ADOPTION SUPPORT
Life Time believes that team members who are building a family, whether through birth or adoption, should have benefits. Full-time Team Members receive financial assistance when adopting.
*Canada Team Members are provided Dental Coverage at Life Time, but do not receive Vision Coverage. Preventative Services are covered by Medicare in Canada. We do not provide Short Term Disability for Canadian Team Members. Doctors on Demand is not available to Canadian Team Members. After 13 weeks of employment, Canadian Team Members are able to take up to 18 months of Pregnancy/Parental Leave, complying with Ontario law.
