The Membership Concierge team is the face of our clubs. As the acting ambassador of our lifestyle brand, you will influence members' and team members' exceptional experience within the club. As a Concierge, you will be a friend to all, recommending classes and performers to experience, cafe meals to try or answering any membership questions that may come up. You will find that many members and team members will know your name, and you'll be seen as a prominent presence and influencer within our destination. The network you build and the service you deliver is purposeful, valued and impactful.
